DECSA’s first ever marketplace kicked off today with a small, but talented group of vendors, and plenty of happy shoppers. What had originally started as a starting point for Ventures participants to showcase their businesses, has now expanded into marketplace for local vendors. There were a variety of items available from pottery and bead work, to crafts and books. Shopping can definitely work up an appetite, so we also had Chipman’s food truck onsite selling fish and chips. For those of you who missed out, our next marketplace will be held on December 11th, giving you a chance to pick up some last minute Christmas shopping.
Interested in becoming a vendor? It only costs ten dollars a table! For more information, call 780-471-9655.
